Agreement

By using Heed LLC's service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

Heed provides a web application where users can invite trusted contacts to provide feedback on their stewardship in four core spheres: God, Home, Church, and Work. Users control who provides feedback, and feedback is private between the user and each feedback provider.

User Accounts

• Individual Use: Each account is for individual use only. Sharing accounts or allowing multiple people to use a single account is prohibited
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Subscription and Payment

• Monthly Subscription: Our Service operates on a monthly subscription basis
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds: Refund policies will be communicated separately

Acceptable Use

• Harmful Feedback: Provide destructive, abusive, or inappropriate feedback to other users
• Account Sharing: Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Misuse: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interference: Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Feedback Guidelines

• Constructive Purpose: Feedback should be intended to help users grow in their stewardship
• Respectful Communication: All feedback should be respectful and constructive
• Privacy: Respect the private nature of the feedback system

Account Termination

• User Termination: You may delete your account by contacting our team
• Our Rights: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease

Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Service and its content are owned by Heed LLC
• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us license to operate the Service
• Respect Others: Do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights

Disclaimers

• Service Availability: We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for how you use feedback received through our Service
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with our platform

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
